The Maintenance Department is one of HUD (Housing and Urban Development) award-winning, high-performing maintenance departments in the United States. Our staff is available 24 hours a day to respond to emergencies. The maintenance staff is professionally trained in all aspects of buildings and grounds maintenance. We take pride in giving our residents the best available housing in the country, we care about you and your needs.
The Ithaca Housing Authority provides residents with Maintenance policies and procedures, information on how to generate repair work orders, trash disposal, moving in and out procedures and maintenance charge rates for damages and repairs.
